Several new office leases and a renewal have signed at Eastman Cos.’ Eisenhower, a Class A office complex located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave. in Livingston, according to a Wednesday announcement from CBRE, which brokered the transactions.
Consisting of three new leases and a renewal totaling 10,200 square feet, the transactions included Sobel Tinari’s 4,200-square-foot new office lease; a corporate headquarters lease for the Learning Experience totaling 1,200 square feet; a 1,300-square-foot new commitment by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; and 3,500-square-foot lease renewal by Caerus 1 U.S., represented by Mark Richardson of JLL.
The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaign at the Eisenhower and represented Eastman Cos. and P3 Properties in all the negotiations.

Eastman Cos. recently completed some additional amenities such as a new, fully furnished coworking suite, available for tenants looking for small flexible spaces and created additional fitness center space.

Located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., the Eisenhower is northern New Jersey’s most centrally located Class A office facility, offering convenient access to Interstates 280, 80 and 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. The Class A office building offers premium amenities not found in most suburban office buildings, including a 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, more than 10 conference rooms, a parking deck with new electric car chargers, a full-service cafeteria, walkable retail amenities, game room, loading dock and multiple fitness options.
