Fray and Hollander join Cresa as managing principals and market leaders

Commercial real estate services firm Cresa on Wednesday announced that industry veterans Jason Fray and Harlan Hollander have joined the Rutherford-based company as managing principals and market leaders.

Fray and Hollander are 20-year industry veterans and longtime partners, who were most recently with Savills and, previously, Cushman &Wakefield. They join existing New Jersey Managing Principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks. The appointments follow a record year for the New Jersey office, with revenue up by 48%, the addition of several seasoned brokers and a relocation that more than doubled the size of the original Bergen County office.

Their advisory practice encompasses local and multimarket office and industrial occupiers across a range of industries, including financial services, legal and manufacturing.

“As market leaders, Harlan and Jason will continue the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategy and operations throughout the state while recruiting to build on Cresa’s existing presence in Rutherford,” Cresa President Greg Schementi said.

“Continuing to build on the momentum of significant growth over the past few years, we are pleased to welcome Jason and Harlan to Cresa as our partners. This joint endeavor will bring a dynamic rise in client engagements, increase our market share and help attract new talent to our collaborative culture and team,” Gralla and Marks said.

Hollander and Fray added: “Cresa’s occupier-focused full-service platform reinforces our core values as a team. We look forward to continuing the unprecedented growth of the New Jersey office through focused talent acquisition and service enhancement, boosting the brand.”
