Atlas, a 24-story property in Jersey City, has quickly become somewhat of an icon in the city’s Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood bordering Liberty State Park. More than 50% of the 169 upscale homes with five-star amenities have been leased just months after its official opening earlier this year.
The building, a collaboration between Alpine Residential and Fields Grade, features modern homes, desired retailers and a great location. Its leasing program and management is handled by Alpine’s affiliated management company, South Oxford Management.
