SRS Distribution recently signed a lease renewal and expansion of an additional 7,000 square feet of warehouse space — along with more surrounding land — at a 10-acre industrial location in Bridgewater, according to a Wednesday announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty.
The revised arrangement was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick. SRS Distribution, which distributes building products throughout the U.S., was represented by Ryan Buerkle of JLL.
“When you distribute building supplies, warehouse location is crucially important,” Glick said. “You obviously need to be able to get vehicles out as quickly as possible, whether they’re making a delivery via highway or transporting materials to a dock or airport. This Bridgewater property just happens to provide an exceptional location.”
Specifically, 1480 Route 22 is less than a five-minute drive from Interstate 287 and four miles from Interstate 78. In addition, the property is less than a 40-minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport, 40 miles from Manhattan and only 70 miles from Philadelphia.
The other tenants at 1480 Route 22 are UPS and Peonies to Paint Chips. Additional space is currently available.
