Kislak Co. announces promotions and new hires along the East Coast

The Woodbridge-based Kislak Co. announced three executive promotions and welcomed four new salespeople along the East Coast as part of its expansion in those markets.

Among the moves, Jeff Squires and Matt Weilheimer were promoted to managing directors in the firm’s New Jersey office, which Matt LoBocchiaro recently joined.

“These promotions are extremely well-earned and well-deserved. I welcome all our new salespeople and look forward to their successful careers with Kislak,” CEO Jason Pucci said. “Jeff and Matt contribute greatly to our success, and they each bring a unique skill set and successful approach to our business.”

Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and retail investment properties throughout northern New Jersey. He is consistently one of the firm’s top producers and serves as an exemplary guide for new salespeople and the sales team. As a managing director, Squires will help lead Kislak’s investment and multifamily sales efforts in northern New Jersey and metropolitan New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Weilheimer joined Kislak in 1996 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties, real estate owned assets and other investment properties in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He is also consistently one of the firm’s top producers and has a successful history training and mentoring new salespeople. As a managing director, Weilheimer will help lead Kislak’s investment and multifamily sales efforts in southern New Jersey and metropolitan Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

LoBocchiaro recently joined Kislak as a commercial sales and leasing associate specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in central New Jersey. Prior to joining Kislak, LoBocchiaro was an intern for CBRE, where he conducted comprehensive market research and created detailed market demographic reports and market site surveys. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Monmouth University.
