Marlton-based National Integrity Title Agency on Thursday said it welcomed Diane King to its senior management team as director of operations. The industry veteran has more than 35 years of experience has hit the ground running her first two weeks, cross-training and meeting members of NITA’s operations teams to learn the inner workings of the company.
In her new role, King will seek to uncover areas of improvement that will be aimed at creating greater efficiencies, streamlined processes and enhanced communication. This will be key to her strategic role while handling day-to-day responsibilities that include managing teams and overseeing the title processing, production and closing processes. King also will play a role in maintaining and fostering NITA’s employee-focused culture to ultimately support the company’s overriding objectives and commitment to providing high-level, dedicated service.
King is a “lifer,” having spent virtually her entire professional career in the title insurance industry. Prior to joining NITA, she worked as a commercial title insurance examiner and underwriter with Fidelity National Title Group for nearly a decade and, before that, held positions as assistant vice president, manager, examiner, underwriter and closer within the Congress Title Division of Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. Her career began, however, at Dominion Title Services Inc., a family business owned by her mother and mentor — a second home where she honed her skills in communication, multitasking, attention to detail, driving efficiency, improving processes and fostering a positive work environment.
“Forward-thinking and adaptive to change — two key attributes of a successful organization, and NITA is both,” King said in describing her new professional home. “I am excited to join a team in which I can contribute, help deliver high-quality results and continuously learn.”
“We could not be more pleased to have Diane join our team. Her reputation is beyond reproach and the experience she brings is unmatched. After two weeks, she has proven to be a changemaker with ideas and solutions that will do more than create a positive impact internally but also result in benefits to our customers and partners,” NITA co-owners George Duffield Sr. and Fran Turchi said.
