Jon Henderson, Alicia Newcomb and former Assemblyman Vince Mazzeo have been appointed to serve on the board of directors for the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, the organization announced.
The three will serve three-year terms, from 2024-27.

The chamber feels his expertise in event planning and community engagement will bring innovative ideas and proven strategies to the chamber, enhancing its ability to deliver impactful and successful initiatives.
- Mazzeo, owner, B. F. Mazzeo: The former assemblyman is a longtime local business owner who has shown a longstanding commitment to supporting the Atlantic City area communities, evidenced by his extensive public service and community involvement. The chamber feels his experience in legislative processes and business management uniquely positions him to contribute to the organization’s strategic goals and community outreach efforts. Mazzeo’s dedication to fostering community growth and his proven leadership skills will be invaluable to the success of the organization.
- Newcomb, executive director, Communities Revolutionizing Open Public Spaces: Newcomb brings a wealth of experience in fostering healthy, connected communities through innovative programs and spaces. Under her leadership, C.R.O.P.S. has successfully operated farmers markets, community gardens, educational initiatives and has increased access to fresh local produce. With a strong commitment to advocacy and sustainable food systems, the chamber feels Newcomb will bring strategic insights and passion for community growth to the chamber.
