Marketing and public relations agency R&J Strategic Communications, based in Bridgewater, has promoted Dan Johnson to account director, it announced Wednesday.
In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for leading and managing the agency’s business-to-business account service team and assist in setting the agency’s strategic direction as part of the Senior Management Committee.
“Dan’s strong leadership style and strategic thinking have made him a valued asset to his clients and colleagues,” President Scott Marioni said in a prepared statement. “He continues to be an excellent role model for our account management staff, and has worked tirelessly to promote the best interests of our clients. We look forward to Dan’s continuing contributions as he takes on these expanded responsibilities and assumes a position on R&J’s Senior Management Committee.”
Johnson has been with R&J since 2016, most recently as an account supervisor, working with commercial real estate and professional services businesses and leaders, as well as the B2B service line.
