Trammell Crow adds former Prologis exec Fraser as SVP for NYC metro region

Trammell Crow Co., a real estate developer throughout the region and beyond, has hired Jessica Fraser as a senior vice president, focused on industrial development throughout the New York City metro region, including New Jersey.

Fraser joins TCC from Prologis, where she was a vice president and investment officer since 2021, overseeing capital deployment activities throughout New Jersey, including building and land acquisitions, redevelopment and construction. She has also worked for Macy’s, focused on its real estate portfolio, as well as Simon Property Group and Triage Consulting Group.

“Jessica is a uniquely talented developer with a wide range of valuable experience and a proven track record of successful development,” Andrew Mele, market leader for TCC’s Northeast region, said in a prepared statement. “Her elite skillset will deliver an immediate impact to projects already in our pipeline and will help drive future growth in the region.

“TCC has long been among the most active industrial developers in the Northeast, and we remain highly focused on growing our team and portfolio of projects across the region. We’re thrilled that Jessica will now lead this effort for TCC in the NYC metro industrial market.”
