CrossFit Jungle Gym has signed a 4,000-square-foot lease at 4 Crossroads Drive in Hamilton, according to real estate services firm Fennelly Associates.
The firm’s Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly represented the landlord, Residential Management, in the transaction.
CrossFit Jungle Gym is a modern physical fitness and wellness center dedicated to helping members maintain an active and healthy lifestyle through individual and group training programs. 4 Crossroads Drive is a single-story, 35,000-square-foot flex building featuring a range of office and industrial spaces. Tenants include Eden Autism Services, Skyline Solar and New Beginnings Adult Day Care.
“The growing niche of specialized sports and wellness businesses continues to be a significant demand driver in the central New Jersey industrial market,” Jerry Fennelly said in a prepared statement. “We are proud to have leveraged our deep expertise in the Mercer County market to help our client secure a new tenant that will provide an important amenity to the local community.”
