Before joining Lindabury, Bier was a partner at several well-known law firms, where he represented privately-held and family-owned businesses, guiding clients through complex business and corporate matters. He has extensive mergers & acquisitions experience, working collaboratively with family business owners and Fortune 500 companies.
He is also highly experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development and financing. Bier has represented sponsors and building owners in various aspects of converting residential and commercial properties to condominiums, including property acquisition, financing, regulatory compliance, tenant issues and representation in the sale of condominium units.
