Rich Weitzman, a senior vice president with Colliers, recently represented a privately held Philadelphia-based dealer group in the sale of Mitsubishi of Atlantic City.
Located at 7018-7024 Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville, the modern factory-image auto dealership facility of 18,000 square feet sits on 8.5 acres along a heavily traveled and densely developed stretch of East Black Horse Pike (U.S. Route 40).
The purchaser was Dunhill Auto Group of New Jersey and its principals, Artem Boguslavisky and Yan Chertok.
The buyer’s counsel for the transaction was Seth Dobbs of Fox Rothschild.
The transaction represents Weitzman’s third sale of a Mitsubishi dealership in three years.
