NAI James E. Hanson negotiates sale of Teaneck medical office building

NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated the sale of a 6,000-square-foot medical office building in Teaneck.

Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the seller, Teaneck Medical LLC and Re/Max Signature Homes represented the buyer, Only Grace Properties LLC, in the transaction

Located at 315 Cedar Lane, the building is a two-story, 6,000-square-foot medical office building strategically located in downtown Teaneck. The building is easily accessible via Route 4 and Interstate 80 and boasts close proximity to both Holy Name and Hackensack University Medical Center. In addition, the property features a private on-site parking lot available for tenant and customer use.

Teaneck Medical is a specialty medical group that previously operated an oral surgery practice in a 3,800-square-foot office at 315 Cedar Lane. As the practice grew, it recognized a need for additional space and worked with Lizzack and Horning to purchase a new 10,000-square-foot office in Paramus in September 2022. Only Grace Properties plans to utilize the fully furnished 3,800-square-foot dental office to operate its own dental practice.

“With its fully built-out suite ideally suited for a dentist’s office and close proximity to two major hospitals, the buyer recognized 315 Cedar Lane as the perfect user/investment purchase to support their growing practice,” Lizzack said. “We’re proud to have connected our client with an ideal buyer for the building and we look forward to continuing to provide the services they need.”
