T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental and technical services company based in Middletown, recently welcomed Carolyn Lange as chief financial officer.
Lange is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a history of working with CEOs and board committees to develop and successfully execute strategies. With 25-plus years of experience in finance, she has held leadership positions with private equity firms, startups, Goldman Sachs and public companies.

Lange earned her MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lange enjoys sharing her knowledge of mergers & acquisitions as a guest lecturer at the Rutgers Business School.
