PREIT names Colliers as its medical leasing agent for Moorestown Mall

Colliers on Monday announced its health care and wellness team of Paul
Rogers and Charlie Rogers will serve as exclusive agents to mall owner and developer PREIT at the Moorestown Mall.

Moorestown Mall has transformed from a classic American mall to a true mixed-use
development over the last two years. In 2023, Cooper University Health Care opened 166,000-square-foot facility at the former Sears site. The addition of Cooper represented a $150 million investment at the mall, bringing 26 medical specialties, diagnostic services and other amenities to the site.

In a new relationship focused exclusively on building medical and wellness tenancy, the Rogers’ team will be tasked with marketing up to 60,000 square feet of available space to health care uses in one of South Jersey’s most demographically dense and affluent trade areas.

“Our team is ready to assist PREIT in the continued development of Moorestown Mall as a wellness destination. Moorestown has been a leader in the transformation of retail and we will work to advance the groundbreaking partnership with Cooper Health by curating a complementary base of health and wellness tenants,” Paul Rogers said.

Moorestown Mall is establishing itself as a regional health and wellness hub with tenants such as Cooper, Planet Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness, Rizzieri Medical Spa, Doctor Scrubs and Banfield Pet Hospital.

Additionally, the mall will soon have a two-story entertainment complex and an on-site multifamily housing development, the Pearl, which will bring in 1,000 residents when it reaches full capacity in 2024-2025.
