In an effort to support the firm’s continued growth into new markets across the country, Paramus-based Reynolds Asset Management appointed Buddy Setton as senior vice president. Setton will be responsible for managing the growth of Reynolds’ acquisition pipeline, overseeing diligence and closing processes, handling asset management across Reynolds’ portfolio and leading the firm’s third-party property management teams.

Setton comes to the Reynolds team with nearly seven years of acquisitions/asset management experience, most recently for New York-based Sutton Equity LLC. His experience has allowed him to help source, underwrite, negotiate and close on approximately $80 million of deal capitalization for the firm, and assist with some asset management needs.
