HighCamp Compliance expands Northeast presence with new office in Morristown

An employee-owned and -operated compliance consulting and outsourcing firm, HighCamp Compliance, recently announced it opened its new office location in Morristown. Employees headquartered in HighCamp Compliance’s new space located on the Green include Partner Ashley Drake and Director Brian Lattanzio, along with an associate who will join the firm mid-August.

“While HighCamp serves clients across the U.S., we have always served a strong client base in the New York City metro area,” Drake said. “Opening an office in Morristown is a natural next step in the growth and evolution of our company, and we’re excited about expanding our physical presence in the region.”

Drake has been with HighCamp since 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Drake was a vice president in legal and compliance at the Blackstone Group, where she maintained the compliance programs of Blackstone’s Strategic Partners and Treasury Solutions Advisers businesses. Earlier in her career, Drake was a principal consultant at ACA Group, where she spent five years providing consulting services to a wide range of asset managers.

Lattanzio joins HighCamp in conjunction with the office opening. Most recently, he was associate director of compliance at Vista Equity Partners. Prior to his time at Vista Equity Partners, he was a principal consultant at ACA Group.

HighCamp’s Morristown office is located at 89 Headquarters Plaza N., on the 14th floor.
