Aroma’z Home Carpet and Flooring has closed on a 15,000-square-foot warehouse in Delran, according to a Thursday announcement from Vantage Commercial.
The carpet and flooring solutions firm acquired the property to expand its operations and better serve its growing customer base. This acquisition is poised to enhance Aroma’z Home Carpet and Flooring’s distribution capabilities and support its long-term growth objectives.
Ken Richardson, partner & vice president, and Vince Ceroli, senior adviser, of Vantage Commercial successfully represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.
