Federal Realty Investment Trust announces new additions at Mercer on One retail center

Mercer on One, an open-air mall on the high-traffic retail stretch of Route 1 running between Princeton and Trenton, is adding six new tenants, according to a Thursday announcement from Federal Realty Investment Trust.

Last year, Federal Realty unveiled the rebrand, which included a new name and updated visual identity of the shopping center to Mercer on One, an all-in-one destination for shopping, dining and gathering. Since then, Federal Realty has been working to curate a diverse mix of retail, dining and lifestyle options to meet the evolving needs and preferences of the community.

The latest additions to Mercer on One’s tenant roster include:

  • Bloomingdales Outlet: Spanning 18,649 square feet and slated to open in the fall, Bloomingdales Outlet has a renowned selection of fashion-forward apparel and accessories.
  • Lazy Dog Restaurant: Occupying 8,511 square feet, Lazy Dog offers a distinctive blend of elevated comfort cuisine and a laidback ambiance. Opening in 2025, the restaurant serves made-from-scratch American food and drinks with seasonally inspired ingredients.
  • J.Crew Factory: An American multibrand, multichannel specialty retailer, it will occupy an approximately 6,000 square foot location and is slated open in the winter.
  • Sephora: With a footprint of 4,818 square feet and slated to open in the winter, Sephora brings the latest beauty trends and an unparalleled assortment of products in every category.
  • D1 Sports & Athletics: Covering 3,800 square feet, D1 Sports & Athletics is anticipated to open spring 2025 and provides a state-of-the-art training facility for athletes of all levels, offering specialized programs and personalized coaching to help individuals achieve their fitness and performance goals.
