Christie’s International Real Estate Group appoints new regional vice president for Monmouth County

Christie’s International Real Estate Group on Tuesday announced the appointment of Cara Ellicott as regional vice president for Monmouth County. Ellicott previously served as broker-manager for Christie’s Fair Haven and Spring Lake offices and has been instrumental in the growth of the brand throughout the region.

“We are very proud to appoint Cara to the role of regional vice president for Monmouth County,” Ilija Pavlovic, CEO and president of Christie’s International Real Estate Group, said. “Cara is a real estate industry veteran with over three decades of experience who brings invaluable leadership and market expertise to her role.”

Ellicott began her real estate career in 1986 in Manhattan, working for a large new construction sales and marketing firm. During her tenure, she acquired key knowledge in the sale of new construction condominiums. This led her to a career in the corporate relocation division of Ford Motor Co. in Dallas and Washington, D.C. Several years later, she returned to her roots in New Jersey. Since then, she has held sales and leadership roles specifically at the Jersey Shore and, thus, possesses superior managerial skills and an extensive network of industry contacts.

Ellicott prides herself on her strategic negotiating skills, patience and integrity, which help her effortlessly mentor and guide agents to elevate their business to the next level. Her corporate background, local market knowledge, sincerity and enthusiasm enable her to manage and advise her agents with the utmost expertise.

“I am so proud to represent and grow the Christie’s International Real Estate brand in Monmouth County. Our team is proud to deliver the highest level of service to our clients — we provide local expertise with a global network and connections,” Ellicott said.
