Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp. subleased 109,000 square feet at 1665 Jersey Ave. in North Brunswick, a 547,333-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of Meiya Capital Inc.
Eric Koons, vice president of BRC, represented Meiya Capital in the transaction. The sublandlord, Pioneer Commodities USA LLC, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Located on 28.45 acres, the property totals 547,334 square feet, has 24-foot ceilings, 38 tailboards, a Conrail rail line, heavy power, wet sprinklers and parking for 71 cars and 109 trailers.
