SUMMIT Orange Crossing opens doors to career-starter renters at new urban lifestyle apartments

Designed with young-professional career starters and advanced-degree students in mind, SUMMIT Orange Crossing is now marketing 99 new-construction Class A multifamily units in the Orange Station District, according to a Wednesday announcement from PEEK Properties, the developer behind the newest midrise in the city.

SUMMIT Orange Crossing is the second of three phases; the first property, APEX, opened in 2022.
