Withum Managing Partner and CEO Pat Walsh announced that 20 team members have been promoted to partner.

“Each person on this list has exhibited a strong entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to their profession and long-lasting grit that I am sure will propel them and our firm through many years of success. At Withum, our people are our greatest asset, and this new partner class is a testament to that belief.”
The team members advance to partner in Withum offices nationwide and join the dynamic, diverse corporate leadership team at the firm, Walsh said.
Here’s the list:
- Ryan Bixenman: He is the tax team leader of the special purpose acquisition company services team;
- Tyler Collins: He is the market leader of Withum’s R&D Tax Credit Services and is an expert in complex tax regulations;
- Kerra Diener: She is a seasoned business tax expert dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals;
- Patrick Donahue: He is an audit partner specializing in integrated audits;
- Mark Eckerle: He is an audit professional specializing in the technology and emerging growth industry, with client concentrations in digital assets and blockchain technology;
- Christina Flynn: She is a quality control partner leading professional compliance and is an International Financial Reporting Standards expert;
- Josh Horowitz: He is the team leader of the professional sports services team and serves high net worth individuals in the sports and entertainment industry with complex tax issues and tax-saving planning;
- David Katz: He is a quality control partner specializing in audit and audit-related services in various industries;
- Daniel Krolikowski: He is a team co-leader of the founders and technology executive services team, specializing in income and estate tax planning;
- Sean Linde: He is an expert in employee benefit plan audit services across industries and also has experience with other audit and accounting services;
- Rhonda Maraziti: She is Withum’s chief marketing officer, leading the firm’s marketing department, which is responsible for all advertising, branding, market strategy, social media, communications, public relations, experience marketing and proposal writing efforts;
- Kevin McElgunn: He is the team leader of cloud-based technology solutions and specializes in developing advanced audit technology and innovations;
- Lauren Naples: She is the team leader of the education services team and specializes in accounting and audit-related services for not-for-profits and consumer products companies;
- Zachary NewComer: He has highly specialized experience in Securities and Exchange Commission-related work, including Sarbanes-Oxley audits, initial public audits and related filings, as well as uplisting required audits and reviews;
- Joshua Pagano: He is a member of the financial services team, specializing in tax compliance and consulting for a variety of funds, general partners and management companies;
- Luca Panarelli: He is a team co-leader of the digital health services team and serves as a strategic tax adviser with expertise in tax planning and consulting;
- Amanda Romond: She leads the foundations services team and assists clients with their financial reporting and compliance needs;
- Sean Urbany: He is a tax partner who focuses on high net worth families and their unique tax planning needs;
- Lara Waldner: She is a team leader of the theater and entertainment services team, specializing in financial reporting and compliance for commercial productions and not-for-profits in the theater and entertainment industry;
- Laura Whitman: She is the co-team leader for the staffing and consulting services team and specializes in providing outsourced accounting services in the professional services industry.
