- Seaside Heights offers free beach access to active military and retired personnel and spouses, civil union partners and children. - Blue Star Museums offers free admission to more than 2,000 museums across the nation from now through Labor Day for active-duty military, including the National Guard and Reserves. The program is a collaboration of Blue Star Families, the National Endowment of the Arts, the Department of Defense and the participating museums.
