Construction has commenced at Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot flex industrial/warehouse building located at 20 Minneakoning Road in Flemington, according to a Tuesday announcement from Branchburg-based developer Larken Associates. Construction of the building is being managed by Core Enterprises, the in-house construction team of Larken, and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter.
Situated in a prime location just off Route 31, Flemington Junction Business Center II offers convenient access from Routes 22 and 202 and Interstates 78 and 287. Designed to accommodate the needs of virtually any commercial tenant, the building features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 41-by-50-foot column spacing, heavy power, LED warehouse lighting, 360-degree site circulation, heavy floor load and designated loading docks and drive-ins. Units start at 3,125 square feet and can be coupled to facilitate any size up to 50,000 square feet.
“Over the past several years, Hunterdon County has continued to emerge as a commercial hub for businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industries,” Rob Marek, executive vice president, Commercial Division of Larken Associates, said. “We are excited to bring in-demand industrial space to the local market and continue to grow our expansive commercial portfolio throughout the region.”
Flemington Junction Business Center II is located just a half-mile from Flemington Junction Business Center, the firm’s four-building, 150,000-square-foot flex industrial/warehouse complex located at 115 River Road in Flemington, which is 100% leased.
