“They’re finding that, within earshot of Jersey City, you can get more space and a better building for the same money,” Aronson said. “I was just shopping a client around downtown Jersey City and we moved our search to Bayonne because of the value. At the same time, I think it is the attractiveness of the setting that is really selling people. At Citizen Bayonne, you get those water views, along with really desirable, spacious layouts, which is a great first impression to make.”
