Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it subleased 80,000 square feet at 1 Truman Drive in Edison, a 369,313-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of Packaging Distribution Resources.
David Paster, vice president, and David Blitt, senior vice president, of BRC, represented Packaging Distribution Resources in the transaction. The sublandlord, RXO Inc., was represented by R.E. Perry.

Located on 29.96 acres, the property totals 369,313 square feet, has 24-foot ceilings, 40 tailboards, a rail line, heavy power, wet sprinklers and parking for 277 cars and 29 trailers.
