NAI James E. Hanson helps Amish Mike expand in Hackettstown

A two-acre property featuring a 7,200-square-foot retail building and a 4,100-square-foot warehouse in Hackettstown has been sold, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson.

Hanson’s Anthony Cassano and Dick Hecker represented both the buyer, Amish Mike, and the seller, Robbie’s Music City, in the exclusive transaction.

Established in 1978 as a family-owned hardware store named Mount Olive Hardware, Amish Mike has become New Jersey’s largest supplier of sheds, pool houses, gazebos, indoor and outdoor furniture, and other handcrafted products.

Located at 476 Route 46 W., the property includes 11,300 square feet of commercial space spread across two buildings and boasts 239 feet of highway frontage with ample on-site parking. The property is also strategically located less than a mile from the Mount Olive Parkade, a 114,249-square-foot retail center.

“Warren County’s recent population growth makes it an attractive market for retailers looking to establish or grow their presence in northern New Jersey,” Hecker said. “We were proud to represent both the buyer and the seller in this transaction and help them reach a mutually beneficial deal.”

Currently operating at 480 Route 46, Amish Mike plans to utilize the newly acquired adjacent property for additional storage and display space.
