Abra Health has signed a sublease for 24,908 square feet at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd. in Secaucus, formerly occupied by the Vitamin Shoppe, according to a Thursday announcement from Newmark.
This deal allows Abra Health to accommodate its significant growth by centralizing its billing operations and establishing a call center.
Newmark Senior Managing Director Jeff Kolodkin and Associate Director Andrew Kirshenbaum represented Abra Health in the lease transaction.
The relocation to 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd. offers several strategic advantages, including its prime location at the intersection of Route 3 and Interstate 95/New Jersey Turnpike, which is centrally located for most employees. The site also features amenities, including hotels, restaurants, banking, a theater and health clubs, along with excellent public transportation options to New York City and Secaucus Junction.
“We are proud to have facilitated Abra Health’s sublease at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd.,” Kirshenbaum said. “The surrounding amenities and convenient transit options make this an excellent choice for their needs as they grow and attract talent.”
