Vantage Commercial on Thursday said it represented Ed and Donna Herron of PCF Restaurant Group in the acquisition of a 14,000-square-foot, three-story building located at 111 E. High St. in Glassboro.
Vantage Commercial’s team of Vince Ceroli, senior adviser, and Andrew O’Brien, adviser, worked to provide advisory services to ensure a smooth transaction process, from initial negotiations to the closing of the sale. This purchase was made possible through the financial support of the the First National Bank of Elmer, represented by Robert Bender and Trevor Watson.
