Garden Communities’ 1st building at 147 Columbia fully leased as occupancy begins in Florham Park

The first building at Short Hills-based Garden Communities’ 147 Columbia in Florham Park is fully leased, with residents beginning to take occupancy. The second and final building at the boutique multifamily rental community is filling fast and progressing toward a late summer delivery.

Situated at 147 Columbia Turnpike, this new luxury apartment offering features 126 residences and a full complement of lifestyle amenities.

“147 Columbia has been embraced by renters,” Garden Communities’ Lori Dargento, property and leasing manager, said. “The milestone delivery of our first residences amid incredible leasing velocity is strong validation for this best-in-class project. This level of momentum speaks to sustained market demand for luxury apartments offering a great living environment — both on and off property.”

Residents of 147 Columbia can select from a variety of one- and two-bedroom layouts distinguished by light-filled interiors and thoughtful contemporary design. With expansive floor plans up to 1,537 square feet, almost every home has a private balcony, and select residences include dens. Gourmet center-island kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, in-suite washers and dryers, individually controlled heating/cooling and remote keyless entry are among 147 Columbia’s many upscale highlights. Garage parking with electric vehicle charging outlets provides added convenience.

Amenities at 147 Columbia were selected to meet today’s lifestyle preferences. Residents already are taking advantage of an on-site coworking center with private workspaces. A fireside entertainment lounge will set the stage for socialization and relaxation, while the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga room will foster health and personal care. Outside, the pet-friendly community offers parklike grounds punctuated with seating areas and a promenade.

147 Columbia’s enviable location in downtown Florham Park adds to its appeal. The community sits amid the region’s finest recreational and lifestyle attractions, including shopping and dining, entertainment, parks, business centers, institutes of higher education and health care facilities. Advantages also include easy access to major highways and public transportation, and proximity to dynamic neighboring communities like Livingston, Morristown, Madison and Chatham.

Monthly rents at 147 Columbia begin at $2,800.
