New Jersey-based AcceleDev Chemical LLC has opened a new, 5,000-square-foot research & development and good manufacturing practices production facility in Cranbury, it announced recently.
The leader in custom synthesis services said in a news release that the state-of-the-art facility at 1 Duncan Drive represents a significant expansion and continuation of its mission to provide cutting-edge chemistry solutions in support of new medicines.
“This expansion is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in chemistry,” founder and Managing Director Charlie Lewis said in a prepared statement. “Our new lab in Cranbury not only increases our capacity but also strengthens our ability to support our partners in bringing new medicines to the market efficiently and safely.”
The new lab will be equipped with GMP suites and cutting-edge technology, according to Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Dave Tschaen. The move to the larger lab space was driven by the need to expand production capabilities, the company added.
