Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday leased 1,772 square feet at Hillsborough Centre, a 87,054-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center, to SVRK LLC for its Halal Meat Market restaurant.
Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek, both vice presidents with BRC Retail Services, represented both the owner, 3 Ronson LLC, and the tenant in the transaction. The restaurant is expected to open its doors in January 2025.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Halal Meat Market to Hillsborough Center,” Chandler Vanderbeek said. “The tenant is local to the area and will be offering a variety of specialty meats and fish.”
Located at 649 Route 206 in Hillsborough, the property is situated at a traffic-controlled intersection with great visibility off Route 206 and is proximate to Interstate 287. The shopping center offers over 500 parking spaces, with 191 luxury apartments under construction near the site, and is near such retailers as Starbucks, Patidar Grocery Store, Retro Fitness, Chipotle, Goodwill, AT&T and Hand & Stone, to name a few.
