The New York Red Bulls on Thursday named Scott Epstein, an accomplished sports & entertainment partnership executive, as head of corporate partnerships for the Harrison-based Major League Soccer club. He will report to Chief Commercial Officer Joe Stetson.
“We look forward to Scott joining our club and delivering strong results, like he has successfully throughout his career,” Marc de Grandpré, president, New York Red Bulls, said. “His combination of experience, relationship-building and, above all, his character, makes him a great fit for our organization as we continue to evolve in all areas of our business.”
In his role, Epstein will oversee all partnership opportunities for both the club and Red Bull Arena. This encompasses identifying new partnership opportunities, including brand partners for venue naming rights, maximizing existing partnerships and business development opportunities.
Prior to joining the Red Bulls, Epstein served as managing partner at Force Sports + Entertainment and senior vice president of live events for Townsquare Media. Before that, Epstein held the role of president, experiential + activation marketing for Van Wagner and executive vice president of sponsorship & media. Epstein began his career at Madison Square Garden, where he spent 16 years shaping the marketing partnerships and media sales for the New York Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, MetroStars, MSG Networks and more.
