Imperial Dade, the Jersey City-based distributor of food service packaging, industrial products and janitorial supplies, has continued to grow, adding City Maintenance Supply, a South Florida-based distributor of janitorial and industrial products, through a recent acquisition.
The transaction represents the 90th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
City, which has been owned and operated by Chuck Neeld, operates two locations, in Pompano Beach and Fort Meyers, Florida.
“We are delighted to welcome Chuck and the City team to the Imperial Dade family,” Robert Tillis said in a prepared statement.
“Imperial Dade looks forward to building upon their already-established success and continuing to find ways to better serve our customers and vendor partners,” Jason Tillis added.
