A 7,500-square-foot mixed-use building in Hamilton has been sold to Comfort Keepers, an in-home care services firm, for $1 million, according to an announcement from Fennelly Associates.
Jerry Fennelly, president of Fennelly Associates, and Patrick Dintrone represented the owner in the transaction with the buyer.
Located at 2670 Nottingham Way, the retail and warehouse building is conveniently located near Interstate 295. The property boasts 23 on-site surface parking spaces, prominent signage, a bus stop located in front of the building, a drive-in door, 12-foot clear ceiling heights in the office and retail portion of the building and a 12-foot-7 ceiling in the warehouse space.
