Neptune Plaza Shopping Center in Neptune City is now at full occupancy, as the UPS store signed on to take the final space in the 217,748-square-foot shopping center.
Azarian Realty Co., the exclusive leasing and property management agent for the center, made the announcement Wednesday.
Consisting of 23 tenant spaces ranging from 1,042 square feet to 113,176 square feet, the UPS Store will be occupying 1,621 square feet of space and joins other tenants in the center, including a World Class ShopRite, IHOP, Verizon, Carvel, Cricket Wireless, Supercuts and a free-standing TD Bank.
Hobby Lobby also has been under construction in the center and is set to open soon in an expansive 58,952-square-foot space.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord and Matt Grundy of Jeffery Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.
