Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial said it recently completed six lease transactions that span prime locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Vantage represented both the landlord and the tenant in each deal.
In New Jersey, the deals included three at Haddon Towne Center, 225 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township. Vince Ceroli, senior adviser, and Ken Richardson, partner and vice president, represented the landlord and tenant for these deals:
1. Coffee shop: Bringing fresh brew and a cozy atmosphere
2. Hot yoga studio: Offering the community a premier wellness experience
3. Bakery: Specializing in beautifully decorated sugar cookies, gourmet stuffed cookies, custom-made cakes, ice cream and an array of specialty cupcakes
Also in New Jersey, Ceroli worked with adviser Andrew O’Brien to represent both the landlord and tenant to secure leases for two office users at 602 Little Gloucester Road in Blackwood.
The sixth and final lease brought in a mattress store as a new tenant, further strengthening the commercial appeal of Powell Plaza in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.
