Two businesses have signed new leases at Livingston Town Center, according to real estate services firm Azarian Realty Co.
Jacqueline Special Occasions and Ship Logistics are headed to the 65,523-square-foot, two-story shopping center in Livingston, with Jacqueline signing for 2,587 square feet on the second floor and Ship signing for an end-cap unit of 612 square feet.
The center has 29 tenant spaces ranging from 600 square feet to over 5,000, Azarian said in a news release. Two vacancies remain.
Jacqueline Special Occasions is a longstanding Livingston business that sells dresses for any occasion. It is relocating from South Livingston Avenue to the larger space at Livingston Town Center.
Ship Logistics is a retail store that offers packaging, shipping, mailbox rentals and similar services. This represents the business’s first location.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian represented both the landlord and tenants in the transaction.
