As part of a continual effort to get fans to events at MetLife Stadium, NJTransit announced it will again offer the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line for service between Secaucus Junction and MetLife Stadium.
The service will be available this Saturday, for the heavily anticipated soccer match between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona.
And while it’s easy to say it will serve as a practice run for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the reality is that the added service is a continuation of efforts that have existed for years.
NJ Transit will also make the line open for all NFL games at the Stadium, starting with the Giants-Lions game Aug. 8 and the Jets-Commanders game Aug. 10, as well as the Kenny Chesney concert Aug. 17.
The start time for the rail shuttle varies based on the scheduled start time of the event.
