Bussel Realty Corp. leased 15,000 square feet to Like New Products in Piscataway. Like New Products is a firm that specializes in the diagnostics and repairs of all consumer electronics and dedicated to refurbishing and breathing new life into its products.
Eric Koons, vice president, of BRC represented the landlord, 256 Pacific Street LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.
