Dollar Tree signs lease for Summit Plaza in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Wednesday that Dollar Tree has signed a lease to take 6,090 square feet at Summit Plaza in Hackensack.

Located at the intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue, Summit Plaza is a 100,000-square-foot retail shopping center anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket. With Interstate 80 and Routes 4 and 46 all within one mile of the complex, Summit Plaza is situated in a prime location with high visibility and easy access from all directions.

Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said the store is a perfect match for the center.
