AI-driven solutions firm launches and acquires SecurView in Edison

Gruve Inc., an early-stage growth startup specializing in providing innovative AI-driven solutions, officially launched this week and immediately announced it acquired SecurView in Edison.

Gruve, of Redwood City, California, said this first acquisition will bolster the firm’s AI, data management, and cybersecurity practices, positioning it as a leader in providing comprehensive AI-driven solutions to enterprises.

Gruve has made significant strides with the acquisition of SecurView.

Additionally, Rashi Mehta has been appointed as chairperson of the board, bringing her extensive governance expertise and helping Gruve, founded by Tarun Raisoni and Sushil Goyal, create a robust social responsibility framework for AI adoption for global organizations.

SecurView is a leading cybersecurity and identity management services organization with 300 employees worldwide.

In addition to a new acquisition, Gruve is launching a partnership with Acuvity.AI — in the areas of Cybersecurity and Generative AI. Acuvity solves the challenge of content-based access controls with deep visibility, controls and governance in the Enterprise to enable Generative AI.

“We are excited about bringing a talented team together to help service enterprise customers on their AI adoption journey,” Raisoni, CEO and founder of Gruve Inc. “Our clean slate approach allows us to leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver services with a focus on time to market, quality, cost, and significant value creation. Talent and practice acquisition continues to be a core tenet of our strategy, and we expect to make more acquisitions as we grow.”
