Brick-based Marquis Health Consulting Services has appointed a new leadership team for its expanding Senior Living Division. Alan Eserner and Jules Dewey are serving as vice presidents of operations and sales, respectively; they are overseeing a growing portfolio of more than one dozen Marquis-serviced assisted-living and independent-living client communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Eserner, a licensed nursing home administrator, has more than 15 years of executive and management experience. He has a proven track record of prioritizing customer service and fostering positive employee culture. He joined Marquis in 2021 and has played a significant role in the company’s expansion.

Dewey brings more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the long-term care industry – including multiple executive positions – to her new role. A dynamic mentor, she is adept at developing and implementing sales training and management initiatives that result in census growth and improved sales acumen for team members.
