Vantage Real Estate facilitates off-market sale of plaza 73 Shopping Center in Marlton

Leor Hemo, president and CEO of Vantage Real Estate Services – Vantage Commercial, successfully facilitated the off-market sale of Plaza 73, a prominent neighborhood shopping center located on Route 73 in Marlton.

According to Hemo, the seller achieved their investment goals and decided to exit at a favorable price. Hemo said he had been collaborating with the principals of Plaza 73 investors, the buyer, to identify a suitable long-term investment property that meets their family’s objectives. Plaza 73 was identified as an ideal fit.

“We are pleased to have facilitated the off-market sale of Plaza 73, ensuring that both the seller’s investment goals were met, and that the buyer has secured a long-term investment property that aligns perfectly with them. Vantage Commercial will retain the leasing responsibilities for Plaza 73, and Vantage Property Managers will continue to handle property management. The shopping center hosts notable tenants, including the Marine Corp Recruiting Center, several restaurants, and Scrub Pro Shop.
