Cushman & Wakefield arranges sale of 14K sq. ft. industrial asset in Denville

Cushman & Wakefield on Tuesday said it helped trade 1 Stewart Court in Denville for $2.475 million. The asset is a 14,100-square-foot flex-industrial asset located in the Bridge View Business Park.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller, One Stewart Court LLC, and procured the buyer in the transaction.

“The sale of 1 Stewart Court is a testament to the continued strength of the Morris County industrial submarket. The strategic location of the property near I-80, Route 46 and Route 10, coupled with the quality of the asset, garnered significant interest in this acquisition from the market and we are pleased to have represented our client in this important transaction,” Sobel said.

1 Stewart Court is a flex industrial building situated on 2.2 acres of land with direct egress/ingress on Stewart Court which is adjacent to Franklin Avenue. The property features two loading docks, 16-foot ceiling heights and is ideally built out for a diverse array of uses.

The property is strategically located in proximity to major highways including Interstate 80 and Routes 46 and 53, facilitating easy access to neighboring towns and cities.
