Castle Financial Management has renewed its lease for a 5,295-square-foot office space at Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck, according to a Wednesday announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which owns and manages the property.
Sanzari was represented in-house by Jerry Barta, former vice president and director of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing. Adam Karafiol, executive vice president of JLL, represented the tenant in the transaction.
A tenant at Glenpointe since 2019, Castle Financial Management is the family office of the Maschler family, providing them with comprehensive asset management and financial planning services. Leveraging over four decades of experience, Castle Financial Management oversees a diverse investment portfolio that includes a vertically integrated real estate portfolio and a range of privately-owned businesses, including Battleground Country Club in Manalapan.
Additionally, the office is responsible for the Maschler family’s philanthropic efforts, making significant contributions to various charitable causes and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to positively impacting society. Castle Financial Management will continue to use its space at Glenpointe Centre East for executive and administrative offices.
