Downtown Morristown storefront lease renewed by stone fabricator/installer

Mendoza Tops & Tile has renewed its storefront lease in downtown Morristown, according to a Tuesday announcement by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross, who brokered the deal.

Located at 172 South St. — at the corner of Elm Street — the 850-square-foot space serves as the showroom for the stone fabricator/installer. This family-owned company specializes in kitchen and bathroom spaces, and works with granite, marble, quartzite and engineered stone.

“For a remodeler’s showroom to succeed, it needs the right space and the right location — and this South Street storefront is perfect,” Gross said. “Downtown Morristown is upscale and vibrant — there’s pedestrian and vehicular traffic in front of this address from the early morning until late at night. And the people passing by are, in large part, precisely the demographic this business wants to attract.”

A northern New Jersey hub for business, dining and entertainment, Morristown is readily accessible via Interstate 287. In addition, it’s only six miles south of Interstate 80 and less than 15 minutes from Interstate 78.
