Cornerstone Relocation Group, a workforce relocation company, on Monday announced that Elizabeth “Beth” Pasiak has joined as senior vice president, global operations. Pasiak is rejoining the Basking Ridge-based firm, where she will lead Cornerstone’s global operations team with focus on integration of customer experience strategies with supply chain operations to optimize business performance and the customer experience.
Pasiak has more than 30 years’ experience in strategic planning, client relations and operational optimization throughout her career. Before rejoining Cornerstone, she held leadership roles in operations, account management and client services, with a focus on data-driven operational excellence and customer success within the mobility industry.
Pasiak served as vice president, global client service, at Cornerstone from March 2012 through October 2014, where she successfully structured the firm’s operations and account management by implementing standardized processes, establishing key performance indicators and maintaining a boutique-level commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
