Bharti’s career flourished as he took on the role of chef de partie at Massive Restaurants PVT Ltd., followed by a position as sous chef at Philtre the Bistro, a unit of Shreya Hospitality. His culinary prowess continued to shine as he led the kitchen at Pikkle, a unit of Shine More Hospitality, as head chef.

Bharti’s most recent tenure was at Desi Restaurant in the Bay Area of California, where he successfully oversaw all restaurant operations. His commitment to high standards earned Desi accolades such as the “Best Casual Contemporary Indian Restaurant Santa Clara County” from the Lux Life Restaurant and Bar Awards 2022.
